These terms govern your use of the Perfect Umrah Cab website and booking service, operated by Perfect Umrah and Travels Limited ("the Company").

Booking & Payment

Quotes provided via WhatsApp are estimates based on the route, vehicle, and passenger details you provide. No deposit is required to confirm a booking; payment is made directly to your driver in cash or as otherwise agreed, upon completion of your journey (or as arranged with our team).

Cancellations

You may cancel or amend a booking free of charge by messaging us on WhatsApp, provided reasonable notice is given. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect future bookings.

Flight Delays

For airport transfers, we monitor your flight and adjust pickup time accordingly at no extra charge, provided you have given us accurate flight details in advance.

Liability

While we work with experienced, vetted local drivers, the Company's liability is limited to the value of the transfer service booked. We recommend all pilgrims arrange appropriate travel insurance for their trip.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any local Saudi regulations governing transport services provided on the ground.
